The Human Resources Department exists to provide a full range of human resource management services for employees and residents of the City of Yuma.
The activities involved in this mission include those of recruitment, compensation and classification, benefits administration, consulting with management regarding employee issues, compliance with employment laws, and other activities designed to enhance workplace fairness and the City’s ability to attract and retain quality employees.
