Reserve a City of Yuma park, ramada, athletic facility, or recreation space for your next gathering or event. Follow the steps below to submit your request.

Review the Outdoor and Athletic Facility Reservation Rates before submitting your request.

Download and complete the Reservation Agreement Form with the details of your requested event or rental.

Email your completed Reservation Agreement Form to the Parks and Recreation Department.

- Submit your completed form at least 10 days before your requested reservation date.
- Reservation requests are reviewed weekly by the Parks and Recreation Facility Committee.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee that a facility is available or that the reservation has been approved.
- Parks and Recreation staff are available to meet with groups to discuss event logistics and help plan a successful event.
- Additional permits, insurance, fees, or approvals may be required depending on the type and size of the event.
Ramada Reservations
Ramadas may be reserved in advance. When a ramada is not reserved, it is available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
