Hours of Operation
In order to better serve our residents, departments located in City Hall operate under a 9/80 schedule to allow extended business hours. City Hall is open from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (closed every other Friday).
Departments such as utilities, engineering, and municipal court operate 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Public Works operates 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Public Safety (police and fire) operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Self-Serve Utility Payment Kiosk
The self-serve payment kiosk is located outside the main entrance of City Hall and is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Residents can pay their City services bill (water bill) at the kiosk. Click here for more information.
