Online Access for HOME, CDBG, and Housing Rehabilitation
Neighborhood Services has a software tool that will allow Homeowners, Subrecipients and Contractors to access program information online. Through the Neighborly application, grant program participants will now have paperless payment requests and report submittals. Homeowners who need help with home repairs can apply online, as well.
Neighborhood Services utilizes the Neighborly Portal to provide homeowners and subrecipients with online access to program information. Subrecipients can submit payment requests and required reports electronically, while homeowners seeking assistance with home repairs may complete and submit applications online.
To begin, create a Neighborly account and log in to the Participant Portal at:
