The City of Yuma’s Development Portal, powered by Tyler Civic Access, is an online permitting and land use management system which allows users to apply for building permits, planning applications and business licenses, as well as schedule inspections and pre-development meetings.

Use of Alynea is not required, the City does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the service, and all permit applications remain subject to full review and compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and policies. Any fees associated with Alynea’s use are determined solely by the service provider and paid directly by the applicant.
