🔥 BBQ & Brew Festival

The City of Yuma invites the community to Downtown Yuma for the annual BBQ & Brew Festival on Saturday, February 28, from 12 - 9 PM. This free, family-friendly event brings together barbecue, live music, and friendly competition for a full day of food, fun, and entertainment.

Enjoy a variety of barbecue styles from local vendors, live performances throughout the day, and interactive experiences for all ages. Attendees can also take part in the People’s Choice BBQ competition while teams compete in a KCBS-sanctioned cooking contest recognized nationwide.

Mayor’s Live Cook-Off

Catch the action at 4 PM near the Main Street roundabout as Mayor Douglas Nicholls faces off against Stevo’s BBQ, the 2025 BBQ & Brew grand champion, in a live cooking challenge.

Watch teams compete in the KCBS-sanctioned Best in the Desert Southwest cooking contest, and vote for your favorite in the People’s Choice competition.

The festival takes place along Main Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Madison Avenue runs along the west side of the event.
