The City Clerk’s Office prepares a candidate packet of materials to assist individuals who may be interested in running for public office. 

Candidates are also encouraged to refer to the Arizona State Constitution, the Arizona Revised Statutes, the Yuma City Charter, and the Yuma City Code for legal requirements pertaining to candidates for elective office.
