A magical tradition for Yuma families! Join us as we light up Historic Main Street with twinkle lights on wreaths, light poles, and the official lighting of the Main Street Christmas Tree in front of the Yuma Art Center. Watch in awe as we flip the holiday switch and experience the moment the air fills with holiday spirit! Come for the sights, sounds and festive fun of the holiday season during our Christmas Lighting on Historic Main Street.
The official lighting ceremony for the Historic Downtown Main Street Christmas Tree, located in front of the Yuma Art Center at 254 S. Main St., will take place at 6 p.m. This festive event features live performances by local musicians and performance groups. Free photos with Santa & Mrs. Clause will be located in the 270 Black Box Theatre. Our $5 unlimited playtime Kid’s Corner will feature NEW attractions including the Christmas Train, Battle Snow Balls, Rudolf Games, Jolly Jumpers and a Snow Zone! (yes, it will Snow in Yuma, Arizona!)
The Toys for a Cause Car Show and Shine will feature vintage vehicles for visitors to view, including classics, hotrods, customs and motorcycles, hosted by Together Car Club of Yuma. Entry fees will go toward raising money to purchase Christmas toys for local children in need.
