Councilmember Arturo Morales is the local Vice President of Commercial Banking at National Bank of Arizona on 16^th Street and Arizona Ave and received the Volunteer of the Year award in 2021.

He has volunteered with various organizations within Yuma County such as Arizona Western College Foundation Board, Arizona Community Foundation Advisory Board, Chamber of Commerce Board (chairman in 2018), Yuma Rotary Board, Adult Literacy Plus, Housing America Corp Board, NexGen Leadership Council Board, Foundation of Yuma Regional Medical Center board, City of Yuma Clean & Beautiful Commission, a current Caballero De Yuma and current Elk member, plus speaker at local high schools.

1995 graduate from Cibola High School, 2003 graduate from AWC and 2006 graduate of University of Phoenix.

His greatest accomplishment was a 158 yard hole in one on a par 3 in February 2021.

Married and a father of two daughters and a son.
