In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the City of Yuma will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, and will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20.
To accommodate the holiday, early-week trash service will shift by one day, with Monday service collected on Tuesday and Tuesday service collected on Wednesday. Recycling service later in the week will remain unchanged.
While City Hall is closed, many City services remain available online at www.yumaaz.gov. Residents can view official City documents, pay utility bills, and register for Parks and Recreation programs at their convenience. A self-serve utility payment kiosk, accepting cash, credit, or debit, is also available 24 hours a day outside the main entrance of City Hall.
Residents can also continue to submit non-emergency service requests—such as street repairs, graffiti, vandalism, streetlight outages, and road sign issues—through Yuma Click and Fix.
