In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) § 9-463.05(D)(8)
a. The City of Yuma has determined that no change in the Land Use Assumptions (LUA), Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP), or development fees are necessary for the North Service Area for a period not to exceed two (2) years, which will extend current LUA, IIP and Development fees previously adopted for no more than seven (7) years.
b.The service area impacted by the LUA, IIP, and development fees is known as the North Service Area starting at City 56th St (AKA County 14th) extending north over the entire City limits to the river as depicted below. There are no development fees in the South Service Area, which is not affected by this notice.

c. The two-year extension will go into effect beginning November 1, 2023. A written request may be made to the City of Yuma that the Land Use Assumptions (LUA), Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) or development fees be updated prior to November 1, 2023 by sending the request to:

d. If a written request is received prior to November 1, 2023, the City of Yuma shall cause, accept, or reject an update of the LUA, IIP, and development fees.
