The Yuma Art Center Infinite Imagination Youth Theater presents, 9 to 5, JR!
Join us this summer as we bring 9 to 5 JR. to the stage! With music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and a book by Patricia Resnick, this musical is based on the hit film 9 to 5. Set in the late 1970s, the story follows three very different coworkers—Violet, Judy, and Doralee—who all share one problem: their boss, the terrible Mr. Hart.
When his bullying goes too far, the trio teams up to turn the tables on him in a wildly creative plan to transform their workplace into a fair and supportive environment. What follows is a fast-paced, funny, and heartwarming story filled with big musical numbers, friendship, courage, and standing up for what’s right.
