For those customers who do not wish to register online, the Parks & Recreation Department has made several of our programs and activities registration forms available to download, print, and complete prior to submission.

Registration is easier than ever:

• Online registration is available here (Some programs are not available for online registration.) Please verify your online profile information when registering.
• Email registration to Yuma Parks and Recreation at here:
• Phone-In registration using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Our phone line is (928) 373-5200. This option is not available when a registration form is required.

_{The Yuma Parks and Recreation team is committed to creating opportunities for all ages to get active and connect with our community. To verify your address within City Limit, click here. Please call 928.373-5200 to confirm your address and see if you qualify for city resident credit, before you pay for a class.}

<sub>A refund less $5 of the registration fee may be requested 10 business days prior to the start of the program. After a program has started, refunds will not be considered. Refunds will not be made for activities costing $5 or less. Refunds will be issued pending Yuma Parks and Recreation's receipt of funds taken via on-line registration. If a program is cancelled, participants will be notified and refunds will be made or funds applied to the participant's account. Funds applied to personal accounts to be used at a later date must be used within 60 days or the refund will be considered unclaimed and handled according to existing State laws and City policy.

For reservations, please download the RESERVATION AGREEMENT FORM, fill it out, and then email it to parksandrec@yumaaz.gov.

_{The Parks and Recreation Facility Committee meets weekly to review facility requests. Please turn in your completed form at least ten days prior to the date requested. We are also available to meet with groups to discuss event logistics and share our experience to assist in a successful outcome for most types of events. Please contact us to request a meeting.}

_{Ramadas are available to the public on both a ramada reservation system and on a first-come, first served basis when not otherwise reserved.}
