If you are looking to help your community or to improve your college resume maybe you should volunteer!  Volunteers are needed to teach classes that would be of interest to teens and to assist with our adapted programs.  We offer at least 2 events each month for our special needs (adapted) population.  These programs are geared towards individuals ages 14 and up with physical and/or mental disabilities.  Adapted programs planned this summer are:

  • Day Camp (June 19, 26 - July 10, 17, 24, 31 - August 7, 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
  • Game Night and Pizza Party (evening of June 20)
  • Indoor Summer Fun Fair (evening of July 25)
  • Gone Country Dance (evening of August 24).

There is an on-going need for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer or need more information please contact Teen Recreation Program Supervisor at 928-373-5234.
