Jennifer Albers from Community Development discusses the upcoming update of the City of Yuma 2012 General Plan.  This document is the guiding policy for how the Yuma community will develop.  The update of the General Plan will take over 2 years and include a number of open houses and public hearings.  Public comment is integral to the update of the General Plan because the plan is a local decision of what Yuma wants to be.
