Suspicious Death At The Lee Hotel

On Thursday, March 4th, 2010, at 1703 hrs, the Yuma Police Department responded to the Lee Hotel at 390 S. Main Street for a female adult not breathing.
Preliminary investigation shows an 18 yr old female was found deceased in room #26. The cause of her death is unknown at that this time. The female’s name is not being released pending notification to the next of kin.
The Yuma Police Department and the Yuma County Medical Examiner’s Office are continuing to investigate the circumstances of her death.
