On Wednesday, February 24th, 2010 at 9:11 pm, Yuma Police Officers were dispatched to Woodard Junior High School at 2250 South 8th Avenue in reference a weapon violation.

On Wednesday, February 24th, 2010 at 9:11 pm, Yuma Police Officers were dispatched to Woodard Junior High School at 2250 South 8th Avenue in reference a weapon violation.

The investigation revealed two juvenile males and an adult male were involved in a disturbance with three juvenile male victims in the school parking lot.  The adult male was identified as Ronnie Fairley Jr, 20 years old of Yuma and the two juvenile suspects were identified as Fredrick Didden and Abel Hernandez, both 15 years old of Yuma.  The disturbance involved Fairley displaying a rifle to the victims then he physically assaulted them. The victims had no reported injuries. Fairley, Didden & Hernandez fled the scene and returned to Fairley’s residence, where Fairley assaulted Didden & Hernandez for involving him.

Today, Fairley, Didden and Hernandez were arrested.  Fairley was booked into the Yuma County Detention Center for aggravated assault, disorderly conduct with a weapon and misconduct with weapons. Didden & Hernandez were booked into Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center for aggravated assault.
