On 12/5/09 at approximately 10:56 AM Teodoro Tapia Martinez entered the Bank of America located at 100 E. 32nd Street. While in the bank Martinez became enraged and assaulted four people, including a 2 year old child. Martinez was located in Somerton, Arizona with the assistance of the Somerton Police Department and arrested. Martinez was booked into the Yuma County Detention Center for one count of Aggravated Assault, three counts of Assault and five counts of Disorderly Conduct.
