On 12/4/09 at approximately 4:30 PM a bicyclist crossing 24th Street at Madison Avenue was struck on the right side by a vehicle.

On 12/4/09 at approximately 4:30 PM a bicyclist crossing 24th Street at Madison Avenue was struck on the right side by a vehicle. The bicyclist was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center and later flown to St. Joes in Phoenix with life threatening injuries.

The Yuma Police Department encourages anybody with any information about the accident to please contact Traffic Investigator Clay Lawson at (928) 373-4700 or 78-Crime to remain anonymous.
