Once again the Yuma Fire Department is teaming up with the Salvation Army to make Christmas happier for many of Yuma’s children with the Angel Giving Tree program. The Salvation Army needed our help for toy drop-offs when other locations were no longer available and all 6 of YFD’s stations (plus Fire Administration at City Hall) became the drop-off point for Angel Giving Tree gifts. The donation barrels will be in place starting Thursday November 5th. This is a great Yuma community tradition that helps thousands of Yuma children each year.
