Yuma, AZ – The Yuma Police Department, in an effort to provide for a safer community, will be conducting an impaired driving enforcement detail on Halloween, 10/31/09.
Additional officers will be working at various times in overtime capacities to target impaired drivers.
The Yuma Police encourage motorists to do their part by making safe transportation arrangements prior to consuming intoxicating beverages and reporting suspected impaired drivers. Remember the basic fine for a DUI offense is $1,470.
