On Monday morning October 26, 2009 construction workers in the Livingston Ranch subdivision reported finding another house under construction with fire damage. The house in the 3800 block of West 37th Place, had damage to a wall where a fire had been set. The fire died out before it could spread throughout the house.

During the night a fire in the 3700 block of West 37th Place, completely destroyed a house in earlier stages of construction. Due to timing, location, and evidence at the scene, both fires are now being considered to have been intentionally set. Fire and Police personnel are investigating.

Anyone with information about either fire is asked to contact YFD Fire Investigator Juan Huerta at 373-4850 or YPD Detective Jesse Escott at 373-4680. Information can also be provided anonymously through 78-Crime/Silent Witness at 782-7463.
