Voter Registration Deadline Looming for City's Primary Election

Register by First Monday in August

Yuma, Arizona - Yuma residents have just a few business days remaining in order to register to vote in the City of Yuma's primary election, which will be held Sept. 1.

The deadline for voters to register is Monday, Aug. 3. In the primary, City residents will begin the process of electing a Mayor, three members of the City Council and a presiding municipal court judge.

How to Register to Vote

  1. In person at the Yuma County Recorder's Office, 410 S. Maiden Lane.
  2. By mail using postage-paid forms available in the City Clerk's Office at Yuma City Hall, One City Plaza, or at the post office and county libraries.
  3. Online by visiting http://www.servicearizona.com/ and filling in the necessary information. (This link will take you to an external website that is not part of the City of Yuma official website.)
