Neighborhood Center to Host Annual North End Thanksgiving Feast

The Martin Luther King Jr. Neighborhood Center, 3rd Street and 13th Avenue, will host the 5th Annual North End Thanksgiving Feast, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, November 27th.

Yuma, Arizona —  The Martin Luther King Jr. Neighborhood Center, 3rd Street and 13th Avenue, will host the 5th Annual North End Thanksgiving Feast, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, November 27th.

There is no cost to enjoy a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, plus dessert.  All youth under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  There are no takeouts available, but those who are elderly, disabled or confined and would like a meal delivered to them may call 373-5187 by 5 p.m. Monday, November 24th to make arrangements.

City of Yuma Neighborhood Services co-sponsors this event along with Carver Park Weed & Seed, Yuma Community Food Bank, Calvary Temple of Christ, Yuma High School, Grace Bible Fellowship,  C. W. Carver Elementary School, American Legion Post 56, Yuma Neighborhood Development Organization, Yuma Branch of the NAACP, Yuma Young Marines, Yuma Private Industry Council, 2nd Missionary Baptist Church, Rose of Sharon Church of God In Christ and New Direction Ministries.
