Updated 5:43 p.m. 11/07/2008, Total ballots cast: 19,342, 27 of 27 precincts reporting.

Proposition 400 results will be updated periodically as they are released.  Time Warner Cable subscribers may tune in to channels City 73 and Ciudad 72, where the bulletin board will flash the latest tallies.

Additionally, the City of Yuma plans to issue news releases for the benefit of e-mail subscribers who have signed up using the News From the Source link on the City’s web site.
