Veterans Day City, Trash Schedules

Yuma City Hall will be closed on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th. Also, there will be no residential refuse collection on that day.

Yuma, Arizona —  Yuma City Hall will be closed on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th.  Also, there will be no residential refuse collection on that day.

Solid waste pickup schedules for City of Yuma residents will change accordingly.  This does not affect county residents outside City of Yuma boundaries.  For the week beginning November 10th, refuse collection is as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday pickup routes will be collected as usual.
  • Tuesday-Friday routes will be collected on Wednesday and Friday.

Additionally, on Friday, November 14th, City Hall will be closed as per the City’s Customer Con­venience schedule. 

Residents with questions about garbage collection may call the City of Yuma Department of Public Works Solid Waste Crew at (928) 373-4500.
