Deferred Compensation


The City of Yuma offers full-time and regular part-time employees the opportunity to participate in a Deferred Compensation plan. This is an optional supplemental retirement account that is paid totally by the employee with pre-tax dollars, and is similar to a 401 (IRA) plan.

There are two plan administrators offered for the Deferred Compensation Plan which are ICMA-RC and Great-West Retirement Services.
