Description

The Yuma Police Department, in cooperation with the City of Yuma and Parks & Recreation, will host the 2nd annual Polar Plunge. Experience the "thrill of the chill" while raising money for Special Olympics Arizona.

This year's theme is Superheroes, so grab your capes and masks to "fly" into the freezing water.

If you are brave enough to take the plunge, register now and ask your friends and family to support you with additional pledges. However, you don't need to risk hypothermia to support the Polar Plunge! In fact, we need as many warm hearts and brave souls in order to have a successful event. Bring your friends, family and supporters to join in the fun!

Awards will be giving for the top fundraiser, best costume and best team-costume.

Admission

Registration is $25.00; all plungers receive a commemorative towel and all registrations and donations go directly to Special Olympics Arizona and are tax-deductible. Registrations will also be accepted day of the event.
