The 2011 Annual Colorado River Crossing Hot Air Balloon Festival promises to again fill the Yuma skies with color. Set against the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and the Colorado River, this November event is a welcome treat for children and adults of all ages.

Start your Sunday morning off with a rare pleasure. Enjoy a snack from one of the on-site vendors as you watch these majestic vessels launch in mass numbers and rise into the brisk morning air.
Schedule of Events
- 6:00 am: Gates Open. Food & drinks will be available for purchase at launch site.
- Sunrise: Flag Ceremony
- 7:15 am: Balloons launch in mass ascension
The 2011 Annual Colorado River Crossing Hot Air Balloon Festival is presented by the Caballeros de Yuma.
Admission
This event is open to the public. Entry requires a cash donation or one or more non-perishable food goods to be donated to the Yuma Crossroads Mission.
