The 19th Annual Colorado River Crossing Hot Air Balloon Festival promises to fill the Yuma skies with color. Set against the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and the Colorado River, this November event is a welcome treat for children and adults of all ages.

Join us for the whole evening. Sit back and enjoy a show highlighted by the annual “Balloon Glow.” Watch with amazement as tethered balloons fill the stadium and spark and glow in time to selected musical pieces. It’s truly something that has to be seen to be appreciated.
Schedule of Events
- 4:00 pm: Gates Open. Soda, water, coffee and hot chocolate will be available for purchase at the stadium.
- 4:00 pm: "Student Tissue Balloon Launch" - Tissue balloons made by local students are launched from the stadium.
- 5:30 pm: "Balloon Glow"
- Closing: After the balloon glow, stay to enjoy the fireworks.
The 19th Annual Colorado River Crossing Hot Air Balloon Festival is presented by the Caballeros de Yuma and is sponsored by AEA Federal Credit Union.
Admission
This event is open to the public. Entry requires a cash donation or one or more non-perishable food goods to be donated to the Yuma Crossroads Mission.
