Rehabilitation for owner-occupied homes

The Neighborhood Services division offers rehabilitation assistance to homeowners who have problems with their houses. The purpose of the Residential Rehabilitation Program is to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners with repairs that range from minor to substantial rehabilitation, including reconstruction, when feasible. If you need home repairs, but have limited funds, submit the Rehab Pre-Qualification Application. Applicants must reside within city of Yuma limits and meet the following income criteria:
