Tunes and Tacos

Once again, tunes will accompany the City’s annual Taco Festival, with the return of the event now known as Tunes and Tacos, Saturday, April 9 at Ray Kroc Sports Complex and Desert Sun Stadium.

This Special Worksession/Retreat is an opportunity for the Mayor, City Councilmembers, City Administrator and City Executive Staff to review and identify the Yuma City Council's goals, values and vision for the community. No action or vote will be taken at this special worksession/retreat. Any items that require further discussion or a vote will be placed on a future meeting agenda.

The public can listen to this Special Worksession/Retreat in real time audio, which will be made available during the special worksession/retreat in the Yuma Police Department's Community Training Room, located at 1500 S. 1st Avenue.  The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016.

Beginning Monday, Jan. 25, City of Yuma residents will start setting their unwanted items at the curb and have them removed for no additional charge during the annual 10-week City of Yuma Neighborhood Cleanup, which will run through March 31.
