The westbound off- and on-ramps at I-8 and Giss Parkway remain closed through mid-August. Semitrailers and tractors are encouraged to find an alterate route as they will experience delays going through the construction zone. Work will take place on Avenue 3E from north of the Interstate-8 interchange to past the US 95 intersection, as well as on U.S. 95 from about 500 feet west of the Avenue 3E intersection to just past the Araby Road intersection. Both roads are expected to remain open with lane restrictions in place while the project is underway. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes to avoid potential delays.
