The Rental Inspection Program improves and preserves the quality of rental dwelling unit(s) and enhances the character and stability in targeted neighborhoods. To accomplish this, every residential rental property in a Neighborhood Revitalization Area is subject to the requirements of chapter 138 of the Yuma City Code.
