The City Attorney’s office handles all lawsuits involving the City of Yuma and its departments. Neither the Yuma City Attorney's Office nor the Prosecutor's Office can represent individuals or organizations. As a result, the City Attorney's office does not provide legal advice to the public.
If you have an active claim with the City of Yuma, please contact the Risk Management Department.
The City Prosecutor also assists victims of crimes being handled in City of Yuma Municipal Court and victims of such crimes should call the City Prosecutor if they have any questions.
