The City continues the Master Thinker ^TM Program, which has brought recognition to Yuma as the "City that Thinks", according to Edward deBono, the world’s expert on thinking systems. As we continue to build a "Community of Thinkers", employees are invited to participate and acquire the skills and process techniques needed to make the best decisions for their department as services are being provided to citizens in Yuma, and throughout the organization.
