City of Yuma is pleased to present a training series designed to give old and new supervisors updates, ideas and tools to use in their jobs managing the human capital that is our employees. Whether a new supervisor to the organization, or a newly promoted supervisor, these sessions represent the areas valuable in our organization to assist in effective supervision. An integral part of management development, this series of programs represents a total investment and commitment of 70 hours of understanding and learning.
