As a part of the succession planning efforts, the City also works with the Bob Ramsey Executive Education Program at Arizona State University, offering the Certified Public Manager credential. The Certified Public Manager Program is a broad-based management development program, designed to provide public sector professionals with a unique training experience that translates into maximizing the effectiveness of government organizations.
