The Utilities Systems Divisions is comprised of three sections: The Water Transmission and Distribution Section, the Wastewater Collection Section and the Customer Services Section. The Customer Services Section includes: Field Customer Services, Meter Services, and Utility Rates Services.

  • The Transmission and Distribution Section is responsible for assuring our customers receive the treated water from our treatment, storage and pumping facilities with a reasonable pressure and maintain good water quality twenty-four hours a day.

  • The Wastewater Collection System Section is responsible for assuring the wastewater collection system is properly maintained and free flowing twenty-four hours a day.

  • The Customer Service Section is responsible for all aspects of metering, water and sewer system connections and permits, and utility billing support.
