2/19/2009The Utilities Systems Divisions is comprised of three sections: The Water Transmission and Distribution Section, the Wastewater Collection Section and the Customer Services Section. The Customer Services Section includes: Field Customer Services, Meter Services, and Utility Rates Services.

The Transmission and Distribution Section is responsible for assuring our customers receive the treated water from our treatment, storage and pumping facilities with a reasonable pressure and maintain good water quality twenty-four hours a day.

The Wastewater Collection System Section is responsible for assuring the wastewater collection system is properly maintained and free flowing twenty-four hours a day.
- The Customer Service Section is responsible for all aspects of metering, water and sewer system connections and permits, and utility billing support.
