Monday through Friday (Courtroom A) 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. or until completed

Sentencings and Arraignments

  • Sentencing and Summons Arraignments
    Monday through Friday (Courtroom B) 8:30 a.m.
  • Walk-In Arraignments
    Monday through Friday (Courtroom B) 9:30 a.m  - 11:00 a.m.

Change of Plea and Hearings

Wednesday and Friday (Courtroom A and B) 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 pm - 3:30 p.m.

Trials

  • Attorney Trials
    Tuesday and Thursday (Courtroom A) 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Jury Trials
    Wednesday (Courtroom B) 9:00 a.m.
  • Non Attorney Civil and Criminal Trials
    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Courtoom B) 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Pretrial Conferences

  • Mandatory Pretrial Conferences
    Mandatory Pretrial Conferences with the City Prosecutor are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and
    Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Court.
  • Optional Pretrial Conferences
    Optional Pretrial Conferences are Monday, Tuesday, Wedneday 10:30 am - 11:00 am. at the
    Prosecutor's Office.
