Departments/Human Resources review applications
Some positions are open until filled and will have a continuous review process.
Top qualified applicants will be invited to an interview and/or testing.
Notification will be sent via e-mail, phone, or in rare occasions, U.S. Postal Service.
Human Resources reviews interview and/or testing paperwork.
Background investigation begins.
This is for top applicants based on their interview and/or testing results.
Potential employees will be asked to submit to a drug test.
Position offered.
Based on overall process, top applicant will be formally offered a position with the City of Yuma.
