You may be eligible for Defensive Driving School if:

  1. You were cited for any moving civil traffic violation.
  2. You have not attended a Defensive Driving Diversion Class in Arizona in the past two years for a prior Arizona violation dated within the immediate 24 months preceding the current violation date.
