Helping out a customer. The role of Parks and Recreation Administration is to provide a conduit for open communication and coordination of all areas of the department.  The Department Director and Administration staff ensures policies, rules, and regulations are in place and adhered to; ensures that departmental coordination occurs, and serves as the liaison between the department and City Administration and the City Council.  Parks and Recreation Administration oversees the updating of the department’s business plans, the annual budget, and other major departmental issues.  Our purpose is to coordinate all divisions of the Parks and Recreation Department to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers through quality programming, services, and facilities. Yuma Parks and Recreation administrative and customer service staffs are located in the Parks and Recreation Office in City Hall.
